Together we make it better
Nookom is a registered European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) of consultancy firms, whose members act together, from a legal viewpoint, as a single organisation. The Grouping, established in 2012, aims at making the best services of its members available for development policies of the European Commission and other international donors.
The full members of Nookom are C&M – Consulting and Management Ltd (SK) and TIPIK Communication Agency SA (BE). Both companies are well established in their own areas of activities: mainly outside EU for C&M and in the EU-28 for TIPIK. C&M is particularly familiar with EuropeAid, i.e. the international cooperation of the European Union in the 160 developing countries where the EU has established a Delegation. TIPIK is rather familiar with the Headquarters of the EU institutions (Commission, Council, Parliament, Agencies, etc.).
Both companies, who already used to work together in various Technical Assistance projects, have decided in 2012 to merge their forces, in one legal entity, for a number of targeted communication projects, while keeping their autonomy in their historical domains of activities. Nookom was born, and since then the Grouping has become a key player for technical assistance and support to media, communications, visibility, image building, awareness raising, training, conferences and events organisation. The network of Nookom over the world is composed of an increasing number of regional and local representatives, inside and outside the EU.
The successes of Nookom for the last period show that our combination of different backgrounds is a winning formula for institutional clients who are looking for a thorough understanding of their work, a proven project management experience, as well as the creativity to come up with fresh ideas.

As a European Economic Interest Group, EEIG, the members of Nookom are registered in an EU member state. Associate EU and non-EU members have a specialization advantageous to the Nookom network.

CONSULTING & MANAGEMENT, s.r.o (SK)
a company, established in Bratislava (Slovak Republic), provides high added value policy advice and consulting services to public, local, regional and international institutions, mainly outside the EU-28 and notably in the third countries benefiting from EU aid. Unlike many companies from the older member states, C&M’s skills and experience have been honed by being directly involved in the management of the changes occurring in the society. The advice that it provides to Governments, Ministries, regional and local authorities in the beneficiary regions is well-received because the beneficiaries perceive that the company has experienced the transition and development processes, directly, practically and therefore the advice provided is well-grounded. C&M is acknowledged in institutional preparatory framework for the different sectors of EU accession process, notably media and communication strategies. C&M’s services include: design and management of communication campaigns; design and development of publications; journalistic services; design, logistic and organization of events and conferences and development of promotional campaigns; design and production of audio-visual material; and media training. TIPIK Communication Agency sa (BE)
a Communication Agency based in Brussels close to the European Centre has been demonstrating its expertise in multilingual and multimedia publications, communication campaigns, internet solutions & content management since 1989, mainly inside the EU-28 perimeter. Throughout this time, Tipik has gained the confidence of prestigious clients such as the European Commission, European Parliament and various private organizations. TIPIK’s products and services include: design and management of communication campaigns; design and development of multilingual and multimedia publications; journalistic services and specialist research; design and organization of events and conferences and development of promotional campaigns; design and production of audio-visual material: production services, videos/DVDs; promotional and event films, instant TV, media training; evaluation and advice on accessibility, ergonomics and web ranking. These services are combined to adapt and convey messages to the client’s target audience.
