NOOKOM is a registered European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) that brings together consultancy firms under a single legal structure. Established in 2012, the Grouping’s mission is to combine the expertise of its members to deliver high-quality services in event management, awareness-raising activities, and communication campaigns for the European Union and other international donors.
Our work supports institutions in conveying their key messages in an innovative, impactful, and efficient way. We focus on reaching the right audiences, promoting sustainability, and ensuring the delivery of environmentally friendly events.
The full members of NOOKOM are C&M – Consulting and Management Ltd (SK) and MyKey Events (BE). Both companies are well established in their respective fields: C&M is experienced in delivering, designing, and implementing events and operates the EU framework contracts in the EU and outside the EU, while MyKey Events provides specific logistics including technical services, interpretation, services for hybrid and virtual meetings and web streaming both in Europe and outside EU.
C&M brings extensive experience with Directorate-General for International Partnership of the European Commission (DG INTPA), working mainly with partner countries outside the EU to reduce poverty, promote sustainable development, support good governance, and foster global partnerships. MyKey Events, meanwhile, provide complementary niche expertise for logistics to the events and in addition with its office in Belgium facilitate the events based in Belgium and nearby countries.
After collaborating on numerous assignments, the two companies decided to combine their strengths under a single legal entity dedicated to targeted communication and event-related initiatives – while maintaining autonomy in their traditional areas of activity. This led to the creation of NOOKOM. Since then, the Grouping has become a key player in managing EU framework contracts related to event organisation, awareness-raising, training, and conference management. These include major European Commission frameworks such as EVENTS 2020 (2020–2024), the Framework Contract Commission 2015, Lot 3 – Organisation of Events (2016–2020), and the Framework Contract Beneficiaries 2013, Lot 5 – Conferences (2014–2018).
NOOKOM’s international network continues to grow, with an expanding number of regional and local representatives both within and outside the EU.
The accomplishments of NOOKOM over the years demonstrate how our diverse backgrounds come together to deliver real value for institutional clients – combining insight, solid project-management experience, and the creativity needed to develop innovative, forward-thinking ideas.

CONSULTING & MANAGEMENT, s.r.o. (SK)
Based in Bratislava (Slovak Republic), C&M provides high–value policy advice and consulting services to public, local, regional, and international institutions—both within and beyond the EU-27, including EU development partners.
Unlike many companies from older EU Member States, C&M’s expertise has been shaped through direct, first-hand experience in navigating societal and institutional transitions. Its guidance is well received by governments, ministries, and regional and local authorities, as beneficiaries recognise that C&M has itself undergone and managed similar transition and development processes. This ensures that the advice delivered is practical, realistic, and firmly grounded in experience.
C&M is widely recognised for its contributions to institutional strengthening and preparatory frameworks across various sectors of the EU accession process, with particular expertise in event organization, media, and communication strategies. These services are strategically integrated to craft and deliver impactful messages tailored to each client’s specific target audience.
MyKey Events (BE)
MyKey Events is an official partner of NOOKOM, strengthening the Grouping’s presence in Belgium and significantly enhancing its capacity in event organisation and logistics.
Through this partnership, MyKey Events provides comprehensive technical and logistical support for meetings and events within Belgium, across Europe, and in locations outside Europe. The company takes full responsibility for all logistical arrangements for events organised on behalf of EU institutions and other international clients, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to implementation. Their support covers venue sourcing, supplier coordination, technical setup, on-site management, and end-to-end operational oversight, guaranteeing that each event is delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.
